Description:
Vintage cultured pearl necklace - a classic choice for decades as they are simple yet elegant. This double strand choker has a large diamond and pearl studded 14K white gold clasp making it easy to be noticed.
The larger than most clasp has a floral motif with two 7 1/2 mm pearls in the center. Bands of small prong set diamonds wind and curve around the pearls in a free form fashion. There are extensions on two sides of the clasp that feature slightly larger prong set diamonds on the ends. The back of the clasp is a six petaled flower shape. The clasp has a safety latch next to the box and tab closure.
This beautiful two strand pearl necklace is choker length measuring 16". The pearls are a cream color with a 14K white gold clasp. Each pearl on the two strands is individually knotted.
Measurements:
Necklace measures 16" long, and the grade A cultured cream color beads are approximately 7 1/2 to 8 mm in size.
Detail about the Diamonds:
On the 30 mm clasp, there are thirteen .05 CT each single cut diamonds, twelve .03 CT each single cut diamonds, twenty-two .02 CT each single cut diamonds, twelve .015 CT each single cut diamonds and three .01 CT each single cut diamonds. The diamonds are graded SI 1 clarity and F-G in color.
Weight:
The pearl choker with the large 14K white gold diamond and pearl studded clasp weighs 65 grams.
Markings:
14KT on the clasp back and on the inner tab.
Condition:
In good vintage condition with light wear commensurate with mid century age. This pearl necklace is circa 1960s or earlier. See photos for detail. Clasp works well and is fabulous!

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
