Description:
An vintage 14K gold filled round locket on a 14K gold filled chain. The hallmarked locket features two monogrammed sides - one side is engraved with the letters GI and the other side with the letters SG.
The two styles of monogram are different with one with the SG being an angular design with the letters forming a diamond shape. The other side with the GI has a letter G with the I like a pillar going under the top of the G and in front of the bottom part of the G. This is a very unique locket with two Art Deco style designs on one locket!
The monogrammed areas have a textured fill in the letters. The SG has diagonal lines inside the shapes of the letters. The letters, the S and the G, have no curves - they are made of angles. The G has tiny dots all around it while the I has fine lines inside it. Both the G and the I have curved ends on the letters.
The bale is a round loop. The locket that holds 2 photos and the photo frames are still intact inside. The locket is hinged on the bottom and opens on the top side where the bale is. It hangs from a 14K gold filled flat cable link chain with a spring ring clasp.
The locket is hallmarked W&H CO inside a heart shape which stands for the W.&H. Jewelry Co. of Providence RI and is circa 1920s.
The locket opens and closes securely with a snap.
The spring ring clasp on the chain opens and closes securely.

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.
The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
