Beautiful, gold, shiny and rather large gold filled antique locket. This antique two photo locket is circa the early 1900s. The front features the cursive monogrammed letters "EAH". The back features etched vertical pinstripes with a dainty etched wavy line design all around the outer edge.
Inside there are places for two circular photos. Both sides still have the original covers and frames intact.
The large locket is attached to a 25” long new 14K gold filled rope chain. The locket can be purchased with or without the chain.
NOTES:
This locket, which is circa early 1900s, is hallmarked for the Macpherson-Roubaud Company of Providence, RI that was in business circa 1915.

Condition:
This gold filled locket is in nice antique condition with wear commensurate with age - early 1900s - with some light use marks here or there. See photos for detail. The new chain is in very good condition, clasp works well.
Markings:
The locket is marked MR inside a diamond shape inside one photo well.
Chain is marked 1/20 14K on the spring ring clasp.

Care instructions
While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.

The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
Do you accept returns on items that have been altered?
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
What is your policy for multiple returns in a short period of time?
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Can I purchase an item for a prop for photos, and then get a return/refund for it?
We offer customers vintage items from the past to be worn and enjoyed themselves. We cannot accept a new order when a prior item(s) has been used as a prop(s) and then returned for a refund. It will be cancelled and refunded.
