A very small vintage 12K Gold Filled heart shaped locket that hangs from a 12K gold filled cable link chain. This locket is meant for a child as it is very small and the chain is short. The locket is one of the smallest lockets we have seen - it is small but sweet!
The front of this vintage locket features 2 tiny etched flowers that are a very subtle pink color. The back is plain. This locket is circa mid century or earlier in age. The locket closes securely.
NOTE: The MFB hallmark stands for the Miles F. Bixler Company that operated out of Cleveland, Ohio circa 1934.
There are two wells inside for photos. Currently they are empty.
The locket hangs from a child's length 14K gold filled cable link chain with a spring ring clasp. The clasp opens and closes securely.
Measurements:
Measures 10mm wide (not including bale loop) and 13mm long.
Chain is 14" long.

Gold filled chain is marked 1/20 12K on the clasp.
Locket is marked 1/20 12K MFB in the one inner well.
Condition:
In nice vintage condition with light wear. A small impression on the back at the top left.

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.

The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
Do you accept returns on items that have been altered?
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
What is your policy for multiple returns in a short period of time?
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Can I purchase an item for a prop for photos, and then get a return/refund for it?
We offer customers vintage items from the past to be worn and enjoyed themselves. We cannot accept a new order when a prior item(s) has been used as a prop(s) and then returned for a refund. It will be cancelled and refunded.
