Lovely antique Art Nouveau gold filled photo locket on a mixed metal chain. The front of the locket features an ornate repousse hailed shaped / tulip type design with curling designs all around the outer edges. The round locket hangs on a new and long 14K gold filled chain.
The back of this antique locket is plain with no design and has a shiny finish.
Inside the locket there are 2 round photo wells. Both have a paper backing with the frames intact. The frames are both stamped with the hallmark "BBC CO”. The chain is marked 1/20 14K GF on the clasp.
The locket has its hinge on the bottom and it opens on the top. It opens as intended and closes securely.
This vintage round gold filled locket hangs from a new 14K gold filled cable link chain.

Condition:
In nice antique condition with light to the locket as would be expected an item that is circa 1920s. Some light scratching on the raised center section on the front. Chain is in good condition as it is new.

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.

The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
Do you accept returns on items that have been altered?
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
What is your policy for multiple returns in a short period of time?
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Can I purchase an item for a prop for photos, and then get a return/refund for it?
We offer customers vintage items from the past to be worn and enjoyed themselves. We cannot accept a new order when a prior item(s) has been used as a prop(s) and then returned for a refund. It will be cancelled and refunded.
