Description:
Pretty and classic vintage 10K gold heart shaped locket on a fine 10K gold chain. The lovely and feminine locket pendant has a central etched heart and floral design. All around the edges of both the front and the back is a twisted rope style trim.
The interior of the locket can hold two photos (one on each side). Currently, both frames and paper backings are intact.
The back of this little locket is plain with no design but is marked HOBSON 10K on the upper left lobe.
NOTE:
The J.H. Hobson Company operated out of North Attleboro, MA circa 1950.
The locket is attached to an 18" long 10K gold fine link chain that secures with a spring clasp.

Locket: 7/8'' long and about 3/4'' wide.

Condition:
In nice vintage condition with wear commensurate with vintage age. Some scratching on the back bottom - see photos for detail. Locket opens and closes securely. The spring ring clasp on the chain works well.
Marked:
Locket is marked 10K with a maker's mark Hesson on the back of the locket.
Chain is marked 10KT on the tag near the spring ring clasp.

Care instructions
While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.

The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
Do you accept returns on items that have been altered?
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
What is your policy for multiple returns in a short period of time?
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
