Description:
A wonderful circa 1930s sweetheart gold filled expansion bracelet with a locket that is hallmarked on the inner band. The round locket in the very center of this "S" link expansion bracelet features a monogram of the initials "HA" in block capital letters curved inward.
The locket has two photo wells when opened. Both have the original frames intact and are ready to hold your photos. No plastic covers.
Expansion bracelets like this one were given to a sweetheart in the early 1900s to mid century.
The expansion bracelet was invented circa the 1890s (expanding bracelet) and then updated in the 1930s. The particular model was named the American Queen.
NOTE:
The 1930s era expansion locket bracelet is marked inside with the hallmark for the Pittman Keeler Company.

Smaller sized bracelet - The bracelet expands to fit up to an approximate 6-7'' wrist. I have a medium sized wrist (7'') and it fits well.

The bracelet is in nice vintage condition with wear commensurate with vintage age - this retro jewelry piece is almost 100 years old. (Circa 1930s timeframe.) Some light use marks here or there, some imperfections due to age. Some tarnishing - see photos for details. When not worn, the band rests in an oval shape with pinched edges - see photo.

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.
The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
