Description:
A gorgeous Edwardian/Art Nouveau style gold filled photo locket on a 14K gold filled chain. This locket is quite large! The front features a repousse (raised) leaves and flower (appears to be a poppy) and "paste" stones/rhinestones adding some bling to the design. The back of the locket has the swirling cursive monogram letters of what I believe to be "FRW" from left to right.
There are two oval photo wells inside the locket - one on each side of the antique pendant. The wells are empty and ready for your photos to be placed inside. The original frames are still intact on one side.
NOTES:
+ "Paste" stones are a type of cut glass. Paste stones were mainly produced to imitate the look of diamonds and other precious gemstones. The most commonly used material for paste was lead glass.
The vintage locket hangs on a new curb chain, 22” long that is 14K gold filled. This locket can be purchased with or without the chain.

In nice antique condition with wear commensurate with vintage age which is circa 1910. (the inside has a hand etched date of June 24 1910. See photos for details. Chain is new and in great condition. Large, beautiful and very ornate gold locket!

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.
The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
