Description:
Beautiful gold filled book shaped locket with an etched design on the front. The Inside of the locket remains empty, and is ready to hold your photographs. There are two ovals on the interior for photos. The front is monogrammed with the initials CJT inside a rectangle shape on the right and there are etched floral and leaves on the bottom left.
The back of the locket is plain with no design. The fanned bale is quite decorative with a type of fleur de lis shape and adds to the vintage look of this book locket.
NOTE: The hallmark, which is a W and an H connected, is for the W&H Jewelry Company of Providence, RI that was in business until the 1950s.
The book with the floral cover is circa early to mid century.

The vintage locket is attached to a new 14K gold filled curb chain that is 20'' in length.

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.
The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
