A gorgeous and LARGE vintage 10K gold heart shaped locket necklace.
The front of this locket has a raised flower design featuring five petals with etchings and a pink sapphire stone as the center (approx. 2.7mm diameter pink sapphire in a four prong setting). The back of the locket is plain with no design and a shiny finish.
This locket opens from the right and is hinged on the left. The locket opens as intended and closes securely.
The interior of the locket has two large heart shaped wells that can hold photos (one on each side). The original frames are intact. Please note the frames are intact but are slightly misshapen when the previous owners may have tried to add or remove photos.
The vintage locket hangs from a new 14K yellow gold filled rope chain that secures with a spring ring clasp. It is 20'' in length. The locket can be purchased with or without the chain.

Condition:
In nice vintage condition with some patina and light wear commensurate with age. Locket stays shut securely. Photo frames have some denting and are slight misshapen from use. See photos for details. Chain is new and in great condition.
Marked:
Locket is marked 10K and a stylized PR for Prize Creations on the inside. Tested as 10K with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer. Gemstone tested with a Presidium Gem Tester PGT/CSE/PGT2.
Chain is marked 1/20 14K GF on the spring ring clasp.

Care instructions
While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.

The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
Do you accept returns on items that have been altered?
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
What is your policy for multiple returns in a short period of time?
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
