Description:
Striking and substantial round locket on an eye-catching bookchain necklace. The locket and the bookchain necklace are brass. The interior of the locket can hold two round photos (one on each side).
The locket interior has the original frames and plastic inserts in tact. The hinge is on the left and the locket opens from the right side.
The front of the locket is raised with an elaborate floral design. The back of the lock also has a beautiful and whimsical flower and leaf design, like a fairy garden.
The book chain links have small etched lines on them. These links (book sections) fold over the rectangular/oval shaped pieces to make this bookchain. The chain is not marked and I believe it to be brass. The chain has a fold over latch clasp that opens and closes securely.

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.
The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
