Description:
Lovely round shaped gold filled vintage photo locket necklace that was most likely an employee recognition gift for the Southern Bell Telephone Company with a November birthday. The front of this company locket features a small round faceted Topaz gemstone and a raised Bell Telephone logo inside a raised circle. The text SOUTHERN BELL is curved over the top of the bell shape. There are decorative sprigs of leaves on the left and right bottom of the circle. At the very bottom is the four prong set Topaz (that is most likely lab created). The back of the locket is plain with no design. The locket hangs from a new 14K gold filled curb chain that is 22” long. The locket dates prior to 1992 as the use of the Southern Bell Company name hasn’t been used as of 1992 although the network still exists.
The locket closes securely with snap. The hinge is on the bottom and the locket opens at the top.
The bale is fanned and has some vertical lines on it. Inside the locket are two round photo wells that are currently completely empty.
The retro 2 photo locket hangs from a new 14K gold filled curb chain that has a spring ring clasp.

Condition:
In nice vintage condition with light wear as would be expected an item that is circa 1950-1990s. More scratching on the back as it is plain with no design - see photos for detail.
Markings:
The locket is marked 1/20 12K GF with a pictorial hallmark.
The 22” long gold filled curb chain is stamped 1/20 14K on the closure.

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
