Description:
Adorable classic etched vintage 12K gold filled heart shaped locket necklace. The sweet and feminine piece has an etched ribbon pattern across the center (could be monogrammed here) with etched leaves/flowers above and below. The back of the locket is plain with no design.
The hallmark inside this necklace is for the H.F. Barrows Company of N. Attleboro, MA. The company operated from about 1915 to the 1940s.
The interior of the locket is completely empty and can hold two heart shaped photos (one on each side). There are no frames intact. There is discoloration inside the locket - see photo for details.
This vintage locket is attached to a vintage fine 12K gold filled chain which secures with a spring clasp.

Condition:
In nice vintage condition. Some light use marks here and there (like on the back) - commensurate with vintage age - circa mid century. There is more patina and discoloration on the interior of the locket. See photos for details. The chain is in good vintage condition and the spring ring clasp works well.

Chain is marked 1/20 GF 12K and what looks like HHD on the spring ring clasp.

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
