Description:
Sweet and petite round vintage gold filled monogrammed locket featuring the engraved initials MAK on the front in and old cursive font. The locket is hallmarked for the F&B Company, the Foster & Bailey Company of Providence RI that was in business circa the late 1800s.
This vintage locket has small round wells for two photos inside. The two photo frames and plastic covers are still intact. The hinge is on the bottom and the locket opens at the top. The locket closes securely. This petite locket is circa early 1900s.
The vintage monogrammed locket hangs from a new fine link 14K gold filled hallmarked chain.
Whilte front of this small round locket features the initials MAK in an old cursive font, the other side, the back, is plain and has a shiny finish.
The spring ring clasp on the fine 14K gold filled chain opens and closes securely.
Measurements:
Chain: 18" long
Locket: 1/2” diameter (not including the bail ring). The locket with the bale loop hangs about 3/4” long.

Condition:
This locket necklace is in nice vintage condition with wear and light scratching commensurate with age. It still looks very sweet!
Markings:
The locket is hallmarked F&B inside a raised circle in both of the inner wells.
The chain is marked 1/20 14K GF on the tag and on the the spring ring clasp

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
