Absolutely fabulous vintage Elsa Peretti designed perfume necklace for Halston. This amazing piece was designed by the legendary Elsa Peretti before her time at Tiffany & Co. began in the mid-1970s. This bean shaped locket necklace originally was a solid perfume pendant designed by this iconic fashion designer.
This necklace features the iconic Peretti bean design, a timeless and iconic symbol of rebirth and good luck. The necklace chain is sterling silver and marked "STERLING" on the spring ring clasp. The bean is made from silver-plated metal.
NOTE: This is a Halston perfume locket (remnants of perfume can be seen in the 3rd photo, since it is now cleaned) and is NOT signed Tiffany. This amazing perfume locket was made prior to Elsa Peretti’s time with Tiffany, when she worked for the perfume company Halston. Only the chain is marked STERLING. No other markings.

Condition: Nice vintage condition with very little wear, the item is circa 1970s so some use marks, etc may be present. The locket has been cleaned and lightly polished. See photos and video for details. Locket closes securely and spring ring clasp on chain works well.

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.
The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.

While I did not end up keeping this beautiful item I want to comment how incredible the customer service is for this shop. In an era where customer service can often be lacking, this shop owner was very quick to respond and very good at resolutions and I greatly appreciated it.
