Description:
Vintage art deco style gold filled locket necklace. This round locket is 12K Gold Filled and made by the Hayward Company. The front has a striped design with a rectangle cartouche down the center. The back of the locket has the classic Hayward pinstripe with criss cross patterns down each stripe.
This necklace is very unique - it opens from the top down with the hinge located on the bottom of the locket.
Note that the locket closes very securely.
The interior of the locket is can hold two photos. It has the original photo frames and paper inserts.
The fanned bale is a decorative one with small embellishments that compliment the locket's design.
The locket hangs on a vintage, new old stock 12K GF chain. The chain is 18'' in length. The spring ring clasp opens and closes securely.
A sweet piece of romantic jewelry with art deco details that make it quite memorable!

Care instructions
While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.

The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
Do you accept returns on items that have been altered?
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
What is your policy for multiple returns in a short period of time?
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
