Description:
An antique gold filled cameo drop pendant on an ornate gold filled chain that features a carved shell cameo in the center. The cameo, a carved coral piece, is prong set and surrounded by an intricate design all around it that has chased and applied shapes. There is an outer very fine line of Niello all around the top piece that holds the cameo.
The drop piece is in two sections with the top one having the coral cameo, and the bottom being a dainty small shield shape that dangles from the cameo piece. This delicate shape features an etched leaf in the center and has feathered edges. The Victorian Era necklace is hallmarked on the clasp that fits into one side of the cameo piece.
The antique gold filled cameo drop pendant hangs from a wonderful specialty link chain that features round openwork links that overlap each other. The links' open design adds to the ornate look of this antique chain. The clasp is a locking barrel that fits into one side of the center piece that holds the cameo.
The unique clasp on the chain opens and closes securely.

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
