Description:
Lovely and larger sized etched antique yellow filled gold heart shaped locket on a vintage cable link chain. The front features layers of heart shapes each with a different design. The smallest, in the center, is open at the top and is etched with little arches inside the inner and outer etched lines. The next heart shape around this small heart in the center, is an etched heart shape that features small flowers and leafy garland. The outermost heart shape is the raised rope and dotted frame that goes all around the outer front edges of this circa 1920s locket. The back is filled with etched vertical lines that have a small zig zag here and there. The very outer frame on the back of this hallmarked locket has the same raised rope and dotted design as the edges on the front side. The bale is a plain oval loop.
NOTE:
The hallmark inside this locket is for the F. M. Company - the Finberg Manufacturing Company. F M Company made jewelry and vanity cases during the 1920s and 1930s. The company was located in the Attleboro, MA region.
The hinge for this Art Nouveau era locket is on the right and it opens from the left. Inside are two heart shaped spots for photos. One side has the original gold foil backing, the plastic cover and the frame intact while the other is empty and has the FM CO hallmark in the center.
The 2 photo locket hangs on a vintage cable link chain. The chain’s spring ring clasp opens and closes securely as does the locket.

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.
The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
