Vintage enamel locket with a wonderful pink, white, and lavender colored floral design on the front. The locket is metal with an enamel front, and the chain is Sterling silver. The locket is hallmarked on the back for Michela Frey - see NOTE below. The flowers on the front in enamel are daffodils. There are some long stems that grow up from the center bottom into the left and the right sides of this circa 1980s locket. All around the outer edge is a frame of the dark pink and some white lines.
The locket has a fanned bale and hangs on a fine Sterling Silver oval link chain with a spring ring clasp. The hinge is on the left and it opens on the right.
NOTE:
The hallmark on the back of this locket MICHAELA FREY stands for the company founded in 1951 by designer Michaela Frey. She was known for her hand decorated designs that were influenced by works of 19th and 20th century artists, and for her enameling techniques. Frye died in the 1980s.
Measurements:
1" long x 1' wide. With the bale, the locket hangs 1 1/3" long.
The chain is 18" long.

While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.
The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
