Description:
A classic antique Edwardian gold filled round monogrammed photo locket on a 12K gold filled chain. The front features a monogram with what appear to be the initials GHC in an old cursive font in the very center. The back is plain with no design. The front and back have a shiny finish. This locket is a bit of a "Timeworn Treasure" as it has wear from the past but still has charm for a future owner to enjoy.
This locket, which is circa early 1900s, is hallmarked for August A. Green & Company of Providence, Rhode Island. This company was in business from approximately 1915 to 1934.
This vintage round locket hangs from a 18” long 12K gold filled cable link chain - a feminine chain for a feminine locket.
The locket has its hinge on the bottom and opens from the top. The spring ring clasp on the gold filled chain closes securely.

Condition:
Both the chain and the locket are in fair to nice vintage condition with wear as would be expected an item that is circa early 1900s - see photos for detail.

Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.

The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
Do you accept returns on items that have been altered?
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
What is your policy for multiple returns in a short period of time?
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Can I purchase an item for a prop for photos, and then get a return/refund for it?
We offer customers vintage items from the past to be worn and enjoyed themselves. We cannot accept a new order when a prior item(s) has been used as a prop(s) and then returned for a refund. It will be cancelled and refunded.
