Description:
Classic mid century 12K gold filled converter brooch and pendant made by Carl Art Jewelry. The design is a classic round knot that is made of circles that intersect in the center making a larger round design.
This brooch can also be worn as a pendant as it has a bale loop that is on the back. When worn as a brooch, the bale tucks under the piece. When pulled outward it is the bale and can be worn on a chain as a pendant.
NOTE:
The Carl Art Company was founded in 1937 in Providence, Rhode Island. Carl-Art was owned by Arthur Loercher and Carl Schraysshuen. The company made jewelry with some pieces featuring rhinestones, sterling, and gold fill. They also made jewelry for other companies.
The pin shuts securely with the safety type of closure working as intended.

Our packaging is done with care and creativity. Every item from our shop is wrapped with great care and looks beautiful in our signature boxes and wrapping.
We do offer gift wrapping for a special occasion or for holidays. Just let us know what occasion your gift is for and if you have a special message you would like us to include.
While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.
The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
