Vintage 18K yellow gold carved cameo converter brooch / pendant with 15 round faceted diamonds around it. The pendant / brooch has a carved image of a beautiful woman’s profile in a rectangle shape with cut corners. This striking pendant has a substantial gold frame of sets of curved linear leaf-like shapes all around the cameo with the diamonds in between these clusters of curved gold designs. There is a loop on the top to use when you would choose for the brooch to be worn as a pendant. This loop is tucked under the frame top.
The TCW of the diamonds is approximately 2 ct.
The carved cameo pendant measures approximately 1 7/8” x 1 1/2”.

Care instructions
While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.

We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
Do you accept returns on items that have been altered?
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
What is your policy for multiple returns in a short period of time?
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
