Description:
A religious pendant necklace from the Victorian Era. Lovely antique gold filled cross necklace with a monogram and some wonderful round lines on the front. The initials “W.G.” are monogrammed in cursive in the very center of this cross pendant against a matte textured background.
At each of the four ends of the vintage cross there are concentric circled lines that are in the shape of swirls. The base of the cross, having more room for this etched design, has two of these round swirls. The back of the cross has an open channel with the sides higher than the interior back of the cross.
The cross pendant itself measures 1 1/4" long (including the bale) x 3/4" wide. It hangs on a newer vintage 12K gold filled chain.
The gold filled 18” long chain's spring ring clasp opens and closes securely.

In nice vintage condition with light wear as would be expected an item that is circa early 1900s. See photos for detail.
Markings:
The 18” long gold filled chain is stamped 1/20 12K on the spring ring closure and on a link near the closure.
The cross is unmarked but tested as 10K gold fill.

We do offer gift wrapping for a special occasion or for holidays. Just let us know what occasion your gift is for and if you have a special message you would like us to include.
While vintage and antique jewelry items have endured the test of time, we offer recommendations so that they continue to give you years of wear. We advise removing jewelry for washing hands, dishes, sports, before sleeping and during vigorous activity as they may be damaged. Wash your jewelry with warm water, mild, detergent-free soap, and a soft toothbrush.
The jewelry pieces in our shop are vintage or antique pieces. We do not sell modern day (new) reproductions. As such, all of our jewelry is used and has been worn and enjoyed prior to your purchase. We try very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece and show the condition in our photos.
We accept returns and refund on items only if the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to the customer. If you choose to alter/change/modify an item, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund. However, when more than 4 returns from the same shipping address are requested within a 2 month period, we cannot accept a new order. It will be cancelled and fully refunded.
